If you're viewing this article, I'm pretty sure you are looking to grow your hair. There are many different ways to grow your hair and to get it thicker.

Get trims when needed. Stop hanging on to those split ends. They can keep splitting if you don't get them trimmed. You can choose to either go to the salon too and get it professionally trimmed, or trim them yourself. I know trimming them yourself sounds a bit scary especially if you haven't done it before, but it actually can help you save a lot of money. You can watch YouTube videos on how to trim your hair. I'll link them below as well as the link to purchase your own hair cutting scissors.
Do a protein treatment. Sometimes your hair may be weak and constantly breaking off. More than likely that means your hair is in need of a protein treatment! Once you do a protein treatment you WILL need to follow up with a deep conditioning treatment. Also if you are going to do your own protein treatment, it is highly important that you follow the instructions because you do not want to obtain what is called, "protein overload".

Deep condition. Deep conditioning is just as important as shampooing and conditioning your hair. It promotes elasticity and gives you extra moisture. When you do a heated deep conditioning treatment, it ensures that your hair is reaping the benefits of the deep conditioner. Moisture is one of the key things that help your hair grow. Below I will list all the essential things you need to have a successful deep conditioning routine.

Hair oil. Hair oils are known as a sealant for moisture. You can seal in moisture after deep conditioning. Also, hair oils can be used to thicken and grow your hair. I personally love using Jamaican Black Castor Oil or Wild Growth Oil. Jamaican Black Castor oil can really improve the thickness of your hair. Another great idea is mixing all your favorite oils together to create hair oil. I like to mix the original Jamaican Black Castor Oil, Wild Growth, Peppermint Oil, Jojoba Oil, and a little bit of Tea Tree Oil.
Benefits of oils: Original Jamaican Black Castor Oil: Helps strengthen hair. Help relieves itchy scalp. Moisturize hair.
Wild Growth Oil: Promotes thick hair. Promotes hair growth. Promotes the growth of nails, eyelashes, and eyebrows.
Peppermint Oil: Stimulates hair growth.
Jojoba: Stops dry scalp. It helps frizzy hair. A remedy for dandruff.
Tea Tree Oil: Unclog hair follicles and nourish roots. Stimulates hair growth. (Needs to be mixed with other oils because it's very potent).
You can also take biotin drops for hair growth but you should drink a lot of water when taking this.
Drink water. Please drink your water because it can help with hair growth as well as improve your skin.
Try protective styling. Protective styling helps with hair growth as long as you are doing it right. Make sure to apply a leave-in conditioner when you are doing protective. One protective style that grew my hair out so much was wearing wigs. Listed below are some protective styles you can do to help with your hair growth journey.
