10 New Year's Resolution Ideas That Will Help You Dominate 2019!

With the new year approaching, there are so many things to think about and reconsider. There are so many goals that will help 2019 one of the best years of your life. 2018 has definitely been a rocky year. It has been filled with more tears than laughter for me, however, I've learned a lot of lessons so it wasn't all that bad. Here's to 2018!

Start saving. I'm not going to lie. This year, I always found myself going broke with no spare money for rainy days. To avoid things like this, I think it's best to start saving up some money. You can start adding small amounts of money to your savings account or a jar. Once you have a little more extra cash, start increasing the size of amounts of money that you're putting too the side. This will help you avoid those days where you may be late on a phone bill, need some groceries, or even just when you want to go out and enjoy your day.

Put more effort into your goals. It sounds very easy, but trust me, I know it can be hard to do this. Motivation time! Think about it like this, you may spend so many hours weeping over the fact that you aren't where you want to be in life, but what are you doing to get there? You can't just get that life you want by analyzing other peoples lives and wishing for it. You have to put in the effort! Every minute you spend to bury yourself in sorrow, is a minute that can be spent creating that blog post, going for that run, or setting up your site for your online business. It isn't rocket science. It's EFFORT! So put in more effort so that you can create the life you want to live.

Get organized. Sounds simple right? I know. Being unorganized can lead things to pile up which can cause major stressed. In 2019, try to get more organized. Write down your tasks in a planner and create a deadline for when you are supposed to fulfill a certain task!  Clean up at least once a week and when you feel like you've mastered it and made it a habit, work your way into cleaning up twice a week. Doing this will help you have your life in order.

Have more "me" time. We all have those moments where we like to give a lot of others and things our time, however, giving yourself some "me" time is highly important. You can become so drained in being caught up being there for others, you forget to care for yourself. Take some time to give yourself some tender, love, and care. It's not selfish to do so... so please don't let anyone make you feel like it is.

Cleanse. A cleanse is definitely needed to take over 2019. Clear up some storage space in your phone. Delete apps, photos, and messages that aren't needed anymore. Get rid of unwanted things that are cluttering your space. This will give you a fresh start and that's exactly what we need for 2019.

Meditate almost everyday. When you meditate, you're able to think better, sleep more comfortably, focus more, and stress way less. This will help you stay completely sane. It will help you be more in control of your emotions which is great!

 Take care of your skin. That moment when a pimple pops up we all freak out. We also feel a lot less confident when our skin isn't at its best. So to eliminate this problem, create your own skin care regimen and follow it EVERY SINGLE DAY! This will help your skin looks its best and make you feel much more confident.

Try a new hobby. Trying the same old things can get very old very fast. Try a new hobby to boost your happiness. You may enjoy a new hobby. This can help you become more upbeat throughout 2019 which will make you less bored.

Stop procrastinating. This is the biggest things that stops people from getting a lot done. Its like once you gain the habit of procrastination, it becomes hard to snap out of it. Motivation time, AGAIN! Think about it like this, the quicker you get things done, the faster you can relax and reap the benefits of the reward when you get things done.

Read more. There's a lot that you can get out of reading. You can gain knowledge, find inspiration, or even expand your vocabulary! Try reading more. Read more actual books and not eBooks. As much as I love eBooks, I sometimes find myself less engaged because I get distracted by other things on my phone. If you aren't easily distracted, go ahead and read more eBooks.
